My Review:

The Great Gatsby is a powerful story about love and motivation.  It explores where individuals can find purpose in their lives.  Gatsby lives for years without his love, but when she is finally present once again he comes to life.  Even though his lifestyle seemed grand, Gatsby was an empty shell of a man. It really reminds you to appreciate the people you have in your life, and to treat them well. 

Overall, a great story! but not my exactly my cup of tea.
